After 2 1/2 years in the US Army Dental Corps, preserving "the biting strength" of our troops, I practiced for 38 years in a prominent steel mill town in western PA, that for most of those years had lost its mill. Happily, well not at first, and with gratitude, learned to treat Medicaid kids, comprehensively, ethically and profitably. Over 25 years ago, set up a program to comprehensively and appropriately treat kids at a surgery center under general anesthesia. Closed the office almost 4 years ago and, exclusively from referral, treat kids at the surgery center.

Have been a member of Actor's Equity and SAG/AFTRA for many years, in fact receive a pension from Equity. Have had my own radio talk show, award winning sports/comedy spots on radio and TV, been in 3 movies and countless professional stage productions, and toured the US and Canada with a musical/comedy show for dental meetings and conventions. Also, still play (pitch, actually, which is a little different) baseball. Have pitched for 7 national championship adult baseball teams in over 30 years of playing adult baseball. Am in my college's (Queens College) Sports Hall of Fame and the Western PA Jewish Sports Hall of Fame.
Married for almost 49 years to my CPA, have 2 children and 4 beautiful grandchildren and hope to continue practicing until I can't or I get a part on Broadway...
